Congratulations...

Congratulations to Anya for winning Project Runway.
I have mixed feelings about Anya winning the show. But I liked her throughout the whole season. I honestly think that she can put out really cool collections. She has a great eye for fashion and I understand why the judges picked her. The idea of her winning is growing on me :)
Here are my favorite looks from each designer's final collection!

Can't wait till Project Runway Allstars!
That is going to be amazing.

I enjoy watching Project Runway every week, and I have a little idea of who might win. Who do you think will win? I am excited to see what Project Accessory is going to be like...can't wait.

Project Runway Review

I ran out got the July issue of Marie Claire Magazine when it came out on stands. Why did I do this you ask? Well...Seth Aaron's collection was in this issue (winner of Project Runway, season 7). Here are the images from the magazine. I think they are beautifully created and very striking. One last congrats and good job to Seth Aaron.

Season 7, Episode 12: The Big, Top Designers

The circus is in town this week during project runway :)
Here is my review!
{least favorite outfit award} designer, anthony
{outfit I would wear award} designer, emilio
I have know idea where I would wear this...lol. But it is so awesome!

{beautifully constructed award} designer, jay
{most creative award} designer, mila
Well, I must say...I did have the top 4 right. Sad to see Anthony go again, but I knew it was going to happen. I just couldn't decide who would go home when it came down to Seth Aaron, Emilio, Mila, or Jay. They are all really good designers. I am so glad that there was a tie between Jay and Mila. I feel good about this, I want Jay to win the tie! I think they both have it in them...time will tell!

Season 7, Episode 11: Sew Much Pressure

Oh my word! Project Runway was awesome this week. So many twists and turns. First off, Maya, backed out of the competition. Sad. She was good, but I understand her reasoning. After that long good-buy to Anthony last week, HE IS BACK. It is shorta like Jesus being raised from the dead...Anthony is back! JK, lol, but just a fun thought.

The challenge this week was to design a dress for Heidi to wear on the red carpet. Oh man. Here is my review:
{least favorite outfit award} designer, jonathan

{outfit I would wear award} designer, anthony

{beautifully constructed award} designer, emilio

{most creative award}
I don't really have a creative award. The others were just weird.

Must I say that I am supper excited that Jonathon is gone. I wish he would have gone home before Amy though. I never really liked anything he designed. Here is the updated graphic, check it out!

Season 7, Episode 10: Hey, That's My Fabric

This week the designers got to create their own textile. I enjoyed seeing how they designed the fabrics on the computer and the next day it was a bolt of fabric. how cool. good job designers, I want to be a fabric designer now!

 {my prediction}
This was a sad week in Project Runway history. Anthony went home (tear). Boy was he hilarious. He will be greatly missed.
anyways...what is up with Jonathan still being here?!? He doesn't design that great and he doesn't even have that great of a personality, why is he still here over amy and anthony?!? well, I guess this is just how it goes, the name of the game if you will. I wish that PR was like American Idol so America could vote. lol. oh well. The show is still really great. Here is my prediction, and here it is being played out:

Project Runway. Episode 7: Hard Wear

This week the designers had to shop at a hardware store instead of "Mood" (fabric store). Fun challenge!

fashion cat

Ok, project runway was a re-run this week (big disappointment in my Thursday night!) Hopefully we will be on track for next week!

Here is a fun photo I found and I am posting this in honor of David. Fashion and cats...great!

Also, these I found on Etsy and I thought they were so fun and adorable! I wish blackey would sleep in one of these in the night. It would totally look neat/chic in our bedroom, but I am almost 100% sure blackey would still sleep in our bed :( David spoils him so bad!
