My sister-in-law and I decided to run a half marathon this year. I have never ran past 5 miles before so this goal makes me nervous and excited! I found a half marathon training schedule and modified it to extend it to 18 weeks (the original schedule was 12 weeks). I also made it look really pretty :)
Any advice from you running pros out there? Let me know, I need all the advice I can get.
